NACZ portal terms and privacy — draft for Council approval

Account access identifies you; creating an account or organization does not itself register, license or approve it. Represent only an organization that authorizes you. Provide accurate details, legible supporting documents and genuine references. Do not upload information you are not entitled to provide.

Applications require the evidence shown for the selected category, acceptance of these terms and payment of the assessed fee. Fees and currency are displayed before checkout. Payment is not approval or permission to stage a performance. NACZ reviews applications, may request corrections, and records an independent approval or refusal. Reply to correction requests through the application. Do not make a second payment for the same submitted application.

A registration or event clearance is effective only after NACZ approval and within its stated dates and conditions. Renewals require the applicable annual report and prior registration. Report material changes to NACZ. Fines must identify their legal basis and an authorized officer; questions, disputes and refund requests must be referred to NACZ through the published contact details. This draft does not invent a refund entitlement or fine tariff.

The portal processes account contacts, organization profiles, applications, committee/member information, supporting documents, payments and audit history for registration administration. Document access is restricted to authorized account administrators and assigned NACZ staff; sensitive application details and uploaded documents are encrypted at rest. Payment credentials, wallet PINs and card information are handled by the payment provider. Protect your password and authenticator.
